Who We Are
The Equity Team is a voluntary effort by Key staff members, parents, and other community members to explore and examine all aspects of the school and the community through an equity framework. The purpose is to provide perspective and guidance on school policies, curriculum, events, and engagement—just to name a few! Its goal is to promote and ensure that Key is a safe, inclusive, and affirmative environment for every person that walks through its doors.

What We Do
There are three major “buckets” that we focus on: Adult Engagement and Education, Curriculum and Instruction, and Policies and Procedures. We believe that these are the major components that need support and guidance in order to reach our goal.
